Creation of a virtual university for undergraduate, master's and continuing education students. A diploma in Biolaw was developed with the endorsement of UNESCO.

Roles:

Instructional designer

Assistant in virtual sessions

Responsibilities:

  • Integration of the graphic identity for the LMS platform (in conjunction with the systems area).

  • Responsible for the organization and distribution of information for the work team.

  • Information design.

  • Recording and editing of international conferences.

  • Integration of graphic identity for videos.

  • Support for instructors in online sessions.

Process

Step 1. Establish the graphic image of the courses, homologating the institutional image of the institute. (Adobe Illustrator)

Step 2. Integration of the client's institutional image into the Open Edx LMS.

Step 3. Recording and editing international remote conferences

Step 4. Design of the information and instruction of the 4 courses, upload to the Open Edx LMS

Step 5. Weekly Zoom sessions with the instructors of each course. At the end of the session, it was uploaded to the course so that they could access it from a YouTube viewer.
